iPhone Mail Settings For Popular ISP’s (IMAP, SMTP, POP3)

iPhone will automatically provide the correct email settings for the following applications:

  • iCloud
  • Microsoft Exchange
  • Google Gmail
  • Yahoo! Mail
  • Aol mail
  • Outlook.com email

You won’t need to do anything beyond adding your username and password for your email account and iPhone will do the rest.

If you use an email system outside this list, or you prefer to add the account manually you have to configure the Mail App with the correct settings. You will need to know the incoming mail server (IMAP) and your outgoing mail server (SMTP) and possibly, the port numbers.

This guide provides all the settings you need to know to manually setup your mail account on your Apple device.
